
Today I was reviewing the recipes we did in the hotel school or that we never do and I found this easy recipe of spaghetti with cockles and shrimps but what I have was struck that has bacon in the ingredients.
These recipes are able to mix flavors of earth and sea, I love, I am nothing purist in that sense and I always benefit the mix a dish, so go ahead with it.
Serves 4 personas400 g spaghetti, 150 g of bacon, 100 g of prawns, 300 g of cockles (shell weight), 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, 100 ml cream, 100 ml of tomato sauce and salt.
